Season 9 end Loop the Lake (17 miles) 2:40:51 (9:39) Now embracing it. I am a double-bogey runner. Could not have asked for a better run! Excellent weather. Did not stop until half (2:05) to rub my feet. Felt great! Walked/Waddled the last four miles.  end season 8 Loop the Lake 17 miles 2:48:53 (10:07) my, oh my, on my. last year 2:29:57 (8:59). 18 more minutes. wonderful weather. i felt great. i felt prepared. i forced myself to eat like a normal person all week - usually just friday :). I have a plausible explanation, but there is not enough space in this margin  Loop the Lake 17 miles 2:29:57 (8:59) so very glad i decided to run this. excellent weather. excellent run. did not walk. time not on par with other seasons but this one was a big win for me.  end season 6 Loop the Lake 17 miles 2:35:15 (9:18) forced myself to walk at two hour mark.  |
