Start of season 10. missed Fergus (family something) and Fargo (Vicky retirement party). Perham Turtle Fest 10k 1:00:20 (9:43) Very, very humid. Did not do well but nice to be out. had to stop because of my feet.

Perham Turtle Fest 10k 55:11 (8:53) i won my age group 50-59. there were two of us. i was also the oldest person (59) running the 10k (30 people males and females). i need a solution to my shoe/foot issue. an avid fan would realize this is the first time in 50 running events (most half marathons) that I am wearing a different style of shoe. i have bought the same style of shoe for the last 50 events. you are all fake fans. Tried it here because 10k and not a 10 mile or half. did not go well. the search continues.  10K (no half option) 53:40.5 (8:38) i really like this venue. not a fan of 10Ks. much rather do a half.  start season 6 10K (did not have half) 51:13 (8:15) beautiful day. my first event since covid. planned on fergus (10 mile) but got sick.  1:55:20 (8:48) Was hot but not as previous two (Brainerd and Fergus)  |
