15K 1:28:20 (9:29) Having said that. Pretty sure i cheated. i think i missed a little loop somewhere. whole race was ruined for me because i skipped .2 of a mile.

Red River Run 15k 1:28:20 (9:29) Felt really good. It is a trail run. Nice change of pace. Weather was very humid (week before ran half at 9:00).  Season 9 begins St Patrick's Day 5k/10k 53:55 (8:41) vowed to never run in snow again after this one last year. this year no snow. perfect roads but 25 mph winds.  Season 8 begins LAP St. Patrick's Day 10K 54:08 (8:43) -16 with windchill. had right clothing but roads were very icy. should not have run. almost fell several times.  |
