my, oh my, on my. last year 2:29:57 (8:59). 18 more minutes.
wonderful weather. i felt great. i felt prepared. i forced myself to eat like a normal person all week - usually just friday :).
I have a plausible explanation, but there is not enough space in this margin

Felt very good. Feet were bad but did not have to stop.
Have not run Bismarck for several years. Now starts/ends on capital grounds.
It is definitely a higher profile venue but it means the last three miles are uphill.

At about 1 hour 20 minutes i stopped and took off my shoes.
sat for 2 minutes. tightened shoes. started again. first time ever.
Great weather and I felt really good.
I believe I am now a double bogey runner.

Great weather. 50s with no wind.
cardio great. feet very bad. not sure i can go 2 hours.

i won my age group 50-59. there were two of us.
i was also the oldest person (59) running the 10k (30 people males and females).
i need a solution to my shoe/foot issue.
an avid fan would realize this is the first time in 50 running events (most half marathons) that I am wearing a different style of shoe. i have bought the same style of shoe for the last 50 events. you are all fake fans.
Tried it here because 10k and not a 10 mile or half. did not go well. the search continues.

Warm. felt good. feet did okay.
slower pace than fargo marathon (9:24).
need to come to terms with slower me.

great weather. felt good. thought i was doing better :)
I started dead last. thought start time was 7:45. it was 7:30
Very slow navigating at the start. On the bright side, i passed 1500 people :).

Training run. new this year. 5,10,15,20 or miles.
i opted to run 10 miles
1:30:17 (9:02) no chip
it appears once around lake is 10 miles. felt good. will run again next year if able.

-16 with windchill. had right clothing but roads were very icy.
should not have run. almost fell several times.
