Season 9 end Loop the Lake (17 miles) 2:40:51 (9:39) Now embracing it. I am a double-bogey runner. Could not have asked for a better run! Excellent weather. Did not stop until half (2:05) to rub my feet. Felt great! Walked/Waddled the last four miles.

Red River Run 15k 1:28:20 (9:29) Felt really good. It is a trail run. Nice change of pace. Weather was very humid (week before ran half at 9:00).  Dick Beardsley Detroit Lakes 1:57:49 (9:00) Wonderful weather. Very happy with my run. did not stop but feet really bad last 3 miles.  Grand Forks 10mile/10k 1:34:57 (9:30) oh my. forgot to log this one and now on (09-08-2024) i remember little. remember feet hurting so bad i had very little hope for detroit lakes. it is okay past steven. it went really well.  Fargo Half Marathon 2:12:58 (10:09) I believe a resolution to the foot issue has been found. Foot docter fixed it. Was excited to run but physical health not good for a couple of months. Very disappointing. Great weather.  Soles n' motion 5/10 mile 1:32:02 (9:12) soleMOTION maiden voyage. I really hope it becomes an annual event. Perfect timing. nice venue. nice vibe. run path in lindenwood park. one loop = 5 miles.  Season 9 begins St Patrick's Day 5k/10k 53:55 (8:41) vowed to never run in snow again after this one last year. this year no snow. perfect roads but 25 mph winds.  |
