Grand Forks 10mile/10k 1:34:57 (9:30) oh my. forgot to log this one and now on (09-08-2024) i remember little. remember feet hurting so bad i had very little hope for detroit lakes. it is okay past steven. it went really well.

10 Mile Run 1:31:57 (9:12) my results are not showing. going by my watch Great weather. 50s with no wind. cardio great. feet very bad. not sure i can go 2 hours.  10 mi (did not have half) 1:31:05 (9:07). See Dick Run - just started this year. wild hog closed. half moved to april (i think)  1:47:35 (8:13) Had a wardrobe malfunction and did not get scanned at finish line. my error. took off a layer which messed with the bib.  Ran well and came home with a story. 1:45:37 (8:03)  |
