A wonderful thanksgiving turkey trot hosted by Terry and Mary Jo Sketch was not feeling well so Alex stepped it up.  Alex performed at a festival. Did not run.
1:49:48 (8:22) Great weather. started kick on mile 11  1:55:20 (8:48) Was hot but not as previous two (Brainerd and Fergus)  2:18:24 (10:33). personal worst -- ever i believe. Round two (see last post) 85F, sandy and hilly.  1:58:10 (9:01) Hot, Hilly, Humid, Humbling.  Last run of season 2 1:45:51 (8 min 5 sec)  |
